The Mill Hotel is a beautiful building, with wonderful 'Constable Country' views from the windows, which can be appreciated in all types of weather.I meet the Essex girls there every few weeks. I can't say a lot about the food because I tend to eat the same thing each time - the seafood tagliatelle I love (and I'm very fussy about pasta). The management has changed a couple of times recently and so has the menu. On the last visit a couple of weeks back I was very daring and tried something else - Red Snapper with risotto. I really enjoyed that too.
